Instructions
- Tenderize the flank steak and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Sauté the broccoli in sesame oil with salt until cooked to your liking.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until the cornstarch dissolves.
- Sear the flank steak in the same pan until browned, then add the sauce.
- Cook the meat in the sauce until thickened, then add the broccoli back.
- Serve topped with sesame seeds and green onions.
