Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Instructions
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a large frying pan over medium heat and cook the broccoli for about 4 minutes until tender.
- Add the ginger and garlic, cooking for an additional 30 seconds before removing the broccoli from the pan.
- Wipe the pan clean, increase the heat to high, and add the remaining tablespoon of oil.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper, add it to the pan in a single layer, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Return the broccoli to the pan and heat for 2 more minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the oyster sauce, beef broth, sugar, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
- Mix the cornstarch with a tablespoon of cold water in a small bowl.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables, cook for 30 seconds, then add the cornstarch and bring to a boil.
- Cook for 1 more minute until the sauce starts to thicken and serve immediately, preferably with rice.
