Broccoli Beef Stir Fry

The sauce

coconut aminos

water

fresh ginger, grated (about 1 tbsp)

The vegetables

broccoli florets

green onions, chopped into 1 inch pieces

red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Mix tapioca flour, sea salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Slice the steak thinly, add to the dish, and toss to coat.
- Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak in a single layer and cook for about one minute until browned, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Remove the steak and set aside on a plate.
- Add the sauce to the pan, scraping the bottom, and let it bubble for a couple of minutes on low heat.
- Add broccoli and green onions, increase heat to medium, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Return the beef to the pan and stir to coat everything in the sauce.
- Serve as is or with rice or cauliflower rice.
