Instructions
- Whisk together egg white, rice wine, cornstarch, and salt in a bowl, then add beef strips and marinate for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix beef stock, oyster sauce, rice wine, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil, then whisk in remaining cornstarch until smooth.
- Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat and sauté beef strips in batches until browned and crispy, then remove and set aside.
- Sauté broccoli florets in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes until tender, then add ginger and garlic and sauté for an additional 30-60 seconds.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet and simmer until thickened, then serve over rice topped with sesame seeds and green onion.
