Instructions
- Slice the flank steak into strips and marinate with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauce, cornstarch, chicken broth, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Heat oil in a skillet and sear the steak pieces in batches until browned, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté green onions, garlic, and ginger for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and water, cover, and steam until tender-crisp.
- Add the sauce mixture to the skillet and cook until thickened.
- Return the steak to the skillet, mix well, and serve warm over rice with optional toppings.
