Healthy Beef and Broccoli

The sauce

reduced sodium soy sauce

honey

sesame oil

arrowroot powder (or cornstarch)
Instructions
- Steam the broccoli with water in a large sauté pan or dutch oven for about 4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- Remove the broccoli and set it aside in a bowl.
- Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat oil in the dutch oven over high heat, then add onions and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add grated ginger, garlic, and sliced steak, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the steak is no longer pink on the outside.
- Return the broccoli to the dutch oven and pour the sauce over everything.
- Mix well and cook over high heat for 4-6 minutes until the sauce thickens and bubbles, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and serve, optionally over rice and topped with sesame seeds.
