Instructions
- Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Marinate the sliced steak in the marinade for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the steak, reserving the marinade.
- Sear the steak until browned on both sides, then remove and cover to keep warm.
- Stir fry the broccoli, bell pepper, and snow peas in the same pan until crisp tender.
- Add the reserved marinade to the vegetables and bring to a simmer.
- Return the steak to the pan, stir to coat, and cook until the marinade reduces slightly.
- Serve warm, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
