Ingredients

Beef Stir Fry Sauce & Marinade

  • ½ cup Coconut aminos (or low sodium soy sauce)
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tsp Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger (grated or minced)
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Stir Fry Beef & Veggies

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 lb Flank steak (sliced into thin strips)
  • 2 cups Broccoli (cut into small florets)
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 1 large Bell pepper (sliced into thin strips)
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • optional Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • optional Green onions (sliced, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the sliced steak in the marinade for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the steak, reserving the marinade.
  4. Sear the steak until browned on both sides, then remove and cover to keep warm.
  5. Stir fry the broccoli, bell pepper, and snow peas in the same pan until crisp tender.
  6. Add the reserved marinade to the vegetables and bring to a simmer.
  7. Return the steak to the pan, stir to coat, and cook until the marinade reduces slightly.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
