Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in buttermilk with salt and pepper for at least 1 hour.
- Prepare the dredge by mixing flour, seasoned bread crumbs, and beaten eggs in separate bowls.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and brush a baking sheet with oil.
- Coat each piece of chicken in flour, then egg, and finally bread crumbs.
- Place the chicken on the hot baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes on one side.
- Flip the chicken and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- While the chicken is baking, melt the butter and mix in the spices to create the hot sauce.
- Brush the hot sauce over the chicken once it is done baking.
