Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders

The Nashville hot sauce mixture

melted unsalted butter

Instructions
- Combine flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk together buttermilk and egg in a separate bowl.
- Dredge chicken tenders in the flour mixture, then in the buttermilk mixture, and again in the flour mixture.
- For air fryer: Spray basket with oil, add tenders, and spray them with oil. Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes, flip, and cook for another 4-8 minutes until crisp.
- For oven: Preheat oven to 425°F, place tenders on a baking rack or sheet pan, spray with oil, and bake for 10 minutes. Flip and bake for another 10 minutes until cooked through.
- Combine melted butter, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, brown sweetener, smoked paprika, and chili powder in a bowl.
- Drizzle the sauce over the cooked tenders and serve.
