Instructions
- Marinate the chicken tenders with spices and buttermilk for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Prepare the flour mixture by combining flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Remove chicken from marinade and coat with the flour mixture, letting it rest for 20 minutes.
- Dip the chicken in the flour mixture again before frying.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the chicken for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain excess oil and drizzle spiced oil over the chicken before serving.
