Pan Seared Halibut with a Garlic Crab Topping

Instructions
- Season the asparagus with salt, pepper, and olive oil, then roast in the oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse the halibut, pat dry, and season with salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the halibut for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Flip the halibut and sear the other side briefly.
- Transfer the halibut to a baking dish with a little water and cook in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a small frying pan, heat olive oil, add garlic and grape tomatoes, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the crabmeat to the pan and cook until heated through, then stir in parsley and remove from heat.
- Plate the asparagus, top with halibut, and finish with the crabmeat mixture.
