Instructions
- 1. Roast soybeans over low heat in a skillet or frying pan for about 10 minutes.
- 2. Turn off the heat and let the soybeans cool down.
- 3. Place the roasted soybeans in a blender or food processor and blend until fine.
- 4. Store the kinako soybean flour in an airtight container.
