One Pan Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté until lightly browned, about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Incorporate broccoli, bell pepper, and pineapple into the skillet, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until the veggies are tender and chicken is cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, pineapple juice, sesame oil, honey, and ginger. Pour the sauce into the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
