Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the chicken in a single layer and sear until browned and almost cooked through.
- Whisk together all ingredients for the teriyaki sauce in a bowl.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and reduce heat to medium-low.
- Simmer until the sauce thickens and slightly reduces.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
