Instructions
- Place the chicken in a large bowl or zip-top plastic bag.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, avocado oil, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, cover the bowl or close the bag, and gently toss to coat the chicken evenly.
- Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or up to 2-3 days before cooking, or freeze for up to 2 months.
