Teriyaki Chicken

Coconut Aminos Teriyaki Sauce or Gingery Lime Coconut Aminos

arrowroot powder

avocado oil or refined coconut oil
The chicken

chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

garlic, minced
Instructions
- Whisk together the arrowroot powder, coconut aminos, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Season the chicken pieces with salt.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet until shimmering.
- Add the chicken pieces and stir fry over medium-high heat until opaque and golden, about 2 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, then remove chicken and garlic from the pan.
- Add the sauce to the pan and cook over medium heat until thickened.
- Return the chicken to the pan and toss to coat over medium heat for about 30-60 seconds.
- Serve over cauliflower rice with sesame seeds and broccoli.
