Ingredients

The sauce

  • ½ cup Coconut Aminos Teriyaki Sauce or Gingery Lime Coconut Aminos
  • ½ tablespoon arrowroot powder
  • ½ tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil or refined coconut oil

The chicken

  • 1 ½ pound chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the arrowroot powder, coconut aminos, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  2. Season the chicken pieces with salt.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet until shimmering.
  4. Add the chicken pieces and stir fry over medium-high heat until opaque and golden, about 2 minutes.
  5. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, then remove chicken and garlic from the pan.
  6. Add the sauce to the pan and cook over medium heat until thickened.
  7. Return the chicken to the pan and toss to coat over medium heat for about 30-60 seconds.
  8. Serve over cauliflower rice with sesame seeds and broccoli.
