Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by whisking together chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, ginger, coconut sugar, and starch in a bowl.
- Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cut the chicken into small pieces and add to the hot oil, cooking until almost done, about 4 minutes.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes until the sauce thickens and the chicken is fully cooked.
- Adjust seasonings as needed, then serve the chicken over rice, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onion.
