Instructions
- Blend all teriyaki sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Prepare the chicken and cauliflower rice.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until done.
- While the chicken cooks, prepare the vegetables.
- Add the vegetables to the chicken and sauté until tender.
- In a separate pan, heat avocado oil and cook the cauliflower rice until tender.
- Add the teriyaki sauce to the chicken and vegetables, cooking until thickened.
- Serve the chicken and veggies over cauliflower rice, topping with sesame seeds if desired.
