Homemade Italian Dressing

Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well emulsified.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Preferably refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.
- Whisk again just before using.
- Store in refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
