Ingredients

  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped oregano or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup finely grated parmesan (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except parmesan cheese in a blender.
  2. Process until the mixture is emulsified.
  3. If desired, add the parmesan cheese and process until incorporated.
