Creamy Cauliflower Sauce

Instructions
- 1. Sauté minced garlic with butter in a nonstick skillet over low heat until soft and fragrant.
- 2. Boil vegetable broth or water in a large pot, add cauliflower, and cook covered for 7-10 minutes until fork tender.
- 3. Transfer cauliflower to a blender with some cooking liquid, sautéed garlic, salt, pepper, and milk. Blend until smooth, adjusting thickness with more broth or milk as needed.
- 4. Serve hot, adding water or olive oil if the sauce appears dry.
