Creamy Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce

Instructions
- 1. Heat a medium saucepan over medium-high heat and add the cauliflower florets and water. Cover to steam.
- 2. Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 7-10 minutes.
- 3. Remove the cauliflower from the pan and place it into a blender.
- 4. Add the milk, parmesan, parsley, nutmeg, black pepper, and cream cheese to the blender with the cauliflower.
- 5. Blend until smooth, achieving a puree-like consistency.
- 6. Serve the sauce over noodles.
- 7. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
