Instructions
- 1. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over low heat until tender and fragrant.
- 2. Add water and cauliflower to the saucepan, bring to a boil.
- 3. Lower heat to a simmer, cover, and cook until cauliflower is fork-tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- 4. Transfer contents to a blender, season with salt and pepper, and blend until smooth and creamy.
- 5. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot over pasta.
