Instructions
- 1. Boil salted water and cook the cauliflower until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- 2. Drain the cauliflower and place it in a blender with Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, mustard, butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Add 1 cup of pasta water to the blender and blend until creamy.
- 4. Toss the sauce with cooked pasta, adding more pasta water if needed for consistency.
