Instructions
- Simmer the broth and add the chopped cauliflower, cover, and cook until tender (about 5-6 minutes).
- Drain the cauliflower, reserving the broth, and transfer it to a food processor or blender.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (30-60 seconds).
- Add the sautéed garlic and oil to the cauliflower along with onion powder, salt, reserved broth, and cheeses.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting salt and liquid to taste.
