Ingredients

The zucchini

  • 4 medium zucchinis

The coating

Instructions

  4. Dredge each zucchini round in the parmesan mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.

  7. Broil the zucchini for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute until golden brown.
