Ingredients

The zucchini

  • 3-4 pieces zucchini

The seasoning and oil

  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon table salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Rinse and dry the zucchini, then slice it into ½-inch thick slices.
  3. Combine salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the zucchini slices in a large bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the oiled zucchini and toss to coat.
  6. Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  7. Arrange the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer on the wire rack.
  8. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the zucchini slices.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
