Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook diced onion, minced garlic, and anchovy filets until the onions are soft.
- Add sliced squash to the skillet and sauté until slightly softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, chopped olives, basil, crushed red pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Nestle the tuna steaks into the sauce, cover, and let simmer until cooked through.
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain.
- Remove tuna from the skillet, stir in chopped parsley and cooked pasta, and serve with tuna on top.
