Semi-Homemade Paleo Spaghetti and Meatballs

The noodles and sauce

kelp noodles or zucchini noodles

jar (12 oz)
spaghetti sauce
Instructions
- Remove the sausage from its casing and roll it into small meatballs.
- Melt ghee in a large skillet over medium heat and fry the meatballs until browned on all sides.
- Add the spaghetti sauce and bring it to a boil, then cover and simmer on low for about 5 minutes.
- Rinse the kelp noodles and add them to the skillet with the meatballs and sauce.
- Cover and simmer until the noodles are tender.
