Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchini to create noodles.
- Prepare the meatball mixture by combining all ingredients except for the ground beef in a bowl, then add the beef and mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs at 425°F (218°C) for about 10 minutes, then broil for 2 minutes until golden.
- Prepare the marinara sauce by heating or making it from scratch.
- Toss the zucchini noodles with ¾ cup of the marinara sauce.
- Serve the zucchini noodles topped with meatballs, additional sauce, and grated parmesan.
