Instructions
- Wash the zucchini and slice a thin piece off the bottom of each to prevent rolling.
- Use a julienne peeler or spiralizer to create noodles from the zucchini.
- In a medium saucepan, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat until simmering.
- Add the meatballs to the sauce and stir well, then cover and simmer until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Stir the raw zucchini noodles into the meatballs and sauce, cooking until they reach the desired softness.
- Serve immediately in bowls.
