Ingredients

The base

  • 1 cup Raw Cashews
  • 1 14 oz can Full-Fat Coconut Milk
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

The mix-ins

  • ¾ cup Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cup Raw Walnuts

Instructions

  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Blend the soaked cashews, coconut milk, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and stir in ½ cup of chocolate chips and ¼ cup of walnuts.
  4. Freeze for 4-5 hours.
  5. Remove from the freezer, sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and chopped walnuts on top.
  6. Serve in bowls or on a cone.
