Instructions
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Blend the soaked cashews, coconut milk, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and stir in ½ cup of chocolate chips and ¼ cup of walnuts.
- Freeze for 4-5 hours.
- Remove from the freezer, sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and chopped walnuts on top.
- Serve in bowls or on a cone.
