Grilled Caprese Naan Pizza

Instructions
- Heat balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan and simmer until reduced to about a tablespoon.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and spray both sides of one naan with olive oil.
- Place the naan in the pan, pressing down to sear, and cook each side until charred.
- Repeat the process with the second naan.
- Top each naan with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with balsamic reduction, cut into wedges, and serve.
