Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a food processor and pulse to mix.
- Add cold butter pieces and pulse until mixed in.
- Add eggs and pulse until dough forms a ball.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface, divide into 6 pieces, and roll each into a 6-inch disc.
- Refrigerate discs for 10 minutes.
- Mix fruit with sugar and divide between the discs.
- Fold dough edges about 1 inch around the filling, making overlapping folds.
- Brush dough with beaten egg.
- Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
