Avocado Banana Green Smoothie

plain or vanilla protein powder

greens of choice (spinach, kale, rainbow chard)

unsweetened plain almond milk (or any dairy-free milk)
Optional add-ins

seed of choice (hemp, flax, sesame, sunflower, chia, etc.)

adaptogen of choice (maca, ashwagandha, etc.)

cup
sliced frozen (or fresh) cucumber or berries
Instructions
- Add the frozen banana, avocado, protein powder, greens, and dairy-free milk to a high-speed blender.
- If desired, add any optional add-ins such as seeds or additional fruits and vegetables.
- Blend on high until the mixture is creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Adjust the thickness by adding more dairy-free milk if too thick, or more frozen banana or avocado if too thin.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or creaminess as desired.
- Divide the smoothie between serving glasses and enjoy immediately.
