Quick Garlic Pecorino Dressing

Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour over chopped romaine and toss well.
- Garnish with additional cheese and a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper, if desired.
