  • 12 pieces Chicken Thighs Boneless and skinless

For the Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Garlic Minced
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients except water and lime juice to form a stiff paste.
  2. Add lime juice and mix to thin the paste.
  3. Gradually add water until the marinade pulls from the bottom of the bowl.
  4. Coat the chicken thighs well with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  5. Preheat the grill on high heat.
  6. Place the marinated chicken thighs on the grill smooth side down.
  7. Cook for 3 minutes with the lid closed, then flip and cook for a total of 12-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
