Grilled Tandoori Chicken Thighs

Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients except the chicken to create the marinade.
- 2. Marinate the chicken thighs in the yogurt dressing for at least 30 minutes.
- 3. Preheat the grill to 400 degrees and create direct and indirect cooking zones.
- 4. Coat the grill grates with canola oil or grill spray to prevent sticking.
- 5. Grill the chicken thighs on indirect heat for 4 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- 6. Grill the chicken on direct heat for 2 minutes per side to crisp the skin.
- 7. Remove from heat and tent under foil for 10 minutes.
