The dressing

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the lime juice, sesame oil, ginger, honey, and salt.
- Add in the sliced cucumbers, mint, and green onions, then toss gently to coat.

- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top and serve immediately.
