Ingredients

The salad

  • 2 whole English cucumbers, thinly sliced

The sauce

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp fish sauce (optional)

For topping

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions
