Easy Pumpkin Soup

pumpkin puree (15 oz can, just pumpkin and no other ingredients)

Instructions
- Prepare the bacon, garlic, and chives, and set aside.
- In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, then remove and place on a paper towel, reserving the fat.
- Add the garlic to the pot and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the broth, pumpkin puree, coconut milk, coconut sugar, cinnamon, sea salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Let the mixture simmer for 8-10 minutes to combine the flavors.
- Serve the soup in bowls, topped with a drizzle of coconut milk, bacon bits, chives, and pumpkin seeds.
