Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C).
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
- In a bowl, mix the filling ingredients: chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the filling into the chicken breasts and secure them closed with toothpicks.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken on both sides until browned.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
