Ingredients

  • 1 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • a pinch of salt salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add almond milk, maple syrup, and coconut oil, then stir until well combined.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the baking powder to activate.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and coat with coconut oil.
  5. Scoop ΒΌ cup of batter into the skillet to form pancakes.
  6. Cook until small bubbles form on top, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the pan and repeat until all batter is used.
  8. Serve with your favorite toppings.
