Instructions
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add almond milk, maple syrup, and coconut oil, then stir until well combined.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the baking powder to activate.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and coat with coconut oil.
- Scoop ΒΌ cup of batter into the skillet to form pancakes.
- Cook until small bubbles form on top, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and repeat until all batter is used.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
