Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until blended.
- 3. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined, leaving some lumps.
- 4. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
- 5. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and lightly grease it if necessary.
- 6. Using a ¼-cup measure, pour the batter onto the skillet.
- 7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- 8. Repeat with the remaining batter and serve immediately.
