Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more liquid or flour if necessary.
- Heat a greased skillet over medium heat and pour about a scant ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with desired toppings.
