Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- For pan frying, heat a greased skillet over medium-low heat.
- Scoop ¼ cup of batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
- For baking, scoop the batter onto the lined baking sheet to form about 6 pancakes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until fluffy and golden.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
