Instructions
- Blend the almond milk, apple cider vinegar, eggs, almond flour, coconut flour, arrowroot or tapioca flour, coconut oil, honey, and baking soda until smooth.
- Preheat a skillet over low to medium heat and add some coconut oil.
- Pour some batter into the skillet and spread it out to form a pancake.
- Cook each pancake until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
