Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 5 large eggs
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup arrowroot or tapioca flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Blend the almond milk, apple cider vinegar, eggs, almond flour, coconut flour, arrowroot or tapioca flour, coconut oil, honey, and baking soda until smooth.
  2. Preheat a skillet over low to medium heat and add some coconut oil.
  3. Pour some batter into the skillet and spread it out to form a pancake.
  4. Cook each pancake until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
