Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a large pot and season well with salt.
- 2. Cook the baby potatoes until tender, then strain and cool until safe to touch.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, gently toss together all the ingredients.
- 4. Serve with your favorite main dish or salad.
