pumpkin purée

black beans

frozen corn kernels

chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Instructions
- Dice the onion and mince the garlic, then sauté in olive oil until translucent.
- Add the chicken breast and chicken broth, bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
- Stir in the pumpkin purée until mixed well.
- Mince the chipotle peppers and add them along with some adobo sauce to the soup.
- Rinse the black beans and add them along with the corn and cumin, simmer for 10 more minutes.
- Chop the cilantro and stir it in just before serving.
