Instructions
- Whisk together the stir-fry sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high to high heat and drizzle in neutral oil.
- Add diced tofu and a third of the stir-fry sauce, cooking until the tofu edges are golden.
- Add the frozen vegetables and cook until they are thawed and vibrant.
- Stir in the cooked noodles and the remaining stir-fry sauce, heating until warmed through.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
