Ingredients

Stir Fry Sauce

  • cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 3-4 cloves minced garlic

Stir Fry Ingredients

  • 14 ounces extra firm tofu
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil
  • 20 ounces frozen stir fry vegetable blend
  • 14 ounces cooked stir fry noodles
  • ½ cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the stir-fry sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high to high heat and drizzle in neutral oil.
  3. Add diced tofu and a third of the stir-fry sauce, cooking until the tofu edges are golden.
  4. Add the frozen vegetables and cook until they are thawed and vibrant.
  5. Stir in the cooked noodles and the remaining stir-fry sauce, heating until warmed through.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
